BAILOUT DAY! Well this couldn't be a more exiting time to be in DC. The election, the bailout, the protesters, the political celebrities...Yes that's right, this is a picture of Ron Paul and some of us right after exiting the Capital Gallery. We heard the vote was taking place at 3, but apparently the House can do what they want, and unbeknownst to any of us it was at 1 instead. We still took the Gallery tour and saw the aftermath of the passing of one of the most controversial bills in the history of this country. To be honest it was weirdly casual, but I am beginning to think that the average American glamorizes congressional activities. Of course, if anyone has seen C-SPAN I guess they would know otherwise.
Anyway, Ron Paul's advice? Study hard because you'll be cleaning up our mistakes. Don't let the government rule. It's all about the people!

I have to hand it to the protesters for being creative. The present I am holding says: From Congress, To the Banks.
